The Malibu Private Table

Participation is intentionally limited to a small number of households to ensure quality, freshness, and a personal experience.
The Malibu Private Table is a shared-table experience designed for families in the Malibu community who enjoy vibrant, nourishing food made with care.
Chef Joel prepares seasonal, family-style meals using ingredients sourced from local farmers markets and trusted food producers throughout Malibu, Westlake Village, Calabasas, and Santa Monica.
Meals are colorful, balanced, and deeply satisfying — created with clean ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and a lot of love.
Nothing processed. Nothing artificial.
If it doesn’t belong in our kitchen, it won’t end up on your table.
The goal is simple: to make beautiful food and bring a small community together around it.

How It Works
Throughout the week, Chef Joel will share upcoming meal offerings and available delivery nights with members of the Malibu Private Table group.
When a meal is announced, members can simply opt in for the nights that work best for them.
As more households participate in a particular meal, the price per household decreases — creating a shared-table experience where everyone benefits from cooking together.
Families often connect through the group chat to see who else might want to join a particular meal, invite neighbors, or occasionally gift dinners to friends and family.
Members select delivery times each night on a first-come, first serve basis (ranging between 5:00 and 7:00 pm)
Members are also encouraged to suggest dishes, ingredients, and seasonal ideas. The table evolves naturally based on what is inspiring us locally and the meals people are excited to share.
The first rule of the Malibu Private Table is simple:
Great food is meant to be shared.
As more households participate in a particular meal, the cost per household decreases — creating a shared-table experience where everyone benefits.
