Residencies, Vacations & Retreats

Chef Joel is available for multi-day culinary residencies designed for vacation homes, wellness retreats, private gatherings, and extended stays.
Whether it’s a summer week in the Hamptons or Nantucket, a ranch in Wyoming, or a private home anywhere you gather, Chef Joel brings a thoughtful, seasonal approach to cooking—preparing daily meals, snacks, and shared dining experiences that feel effortless and deeply nourishing.
Each residency is tailored to the rhythm of your stay. From morning meals to relaxed lunches, afternoon bites, and evening dinners, everything is sourced, prepared, and served with care—allowing you and your guests to fully enjoy the experience without thinking about the kitchen.
Residencies can be customized for families, groups of friends, or small retreats, with menus shaped around seasonal ingredients, personal preferences, and the setting itself.
Chef Joel will be in residence in the Hamptons, New York during June and July 2026, with limited availability remaining. Inquiries are welcome for those in the New York City and surrounding areas interested in securing time during this period.

Chef Joel’s private cooking sessions are designed to help you build confidence in the kitchen while developing a deeper connection to the food you prepare and eat. His approach focuses on simple techniques, seasonal ingredients, and an intuitive style of cooking that goes beyond following recipes.
Each lesson is tailored to your interests and experience level. Sessions can focus on individual dishes, working with specific ingredients, or building a broader foundation through a series of meals—such as preparing chicken, fish, and other staples over time.
Lessons can be booked individually or as a series, creating a personalized path toward cooking with ease, flexibility, and creativity at home.
Pricing:
$500 per session
(Approximately 3–4 hours)
